For manuscripts involving authors in more than one country, contact info@johe.pk to confirm the applicable category before submission. The editorial office should provide written confirmation of the applicable fee, invoice and payment arrangements.

Waivers and discounts

Authors seeking a waiver or discount should contact info@johe.pk before making payment, explaining their circumstances and available funding. No waiver or discount should be assumed without written confirmation from the journal. Obtain clarification of payment timing, any additional charges and refund terms before paying.

Editorial independence

Payment does not purchase acceptance, priority review, citations or a favorable editorial decision. Manuscripts remain subject to the journal's scientific and ethical requirements. Fee discussions must not influence the evaluation of scholarly merit.
