Privacy Statement
JOHE collects information supplied during registration, submission, review and correspondence to operate the journal and maintain the scholarly record. This may include names, affiliations, email addresses, author contributions, manuscript files and editorial correspondence.
Published author names, affiliations, contribution statements and designated correspondence details form part of the public article record. Confidential submissions, reviewer identities and unpublished correspondence must be accessed only by people who need them for legitimate journal functions. Relevant information may need to be shared with authorized publishing service providers, institutions or authorities for production, integrity investigations or legal obligations.
Do not submit unnecessary personal identifiers or identifiable patient records. Authors must remove identifying information from research files unless it is essential, lawfully provided and handled through an appropriate confidential process.
Requests to correct account information or questions about personal information can be sent to info@johe.pk. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove information required for the published scholarly record, unresolved integrity matters or applicable legal obligations. Users should avoid sending sensitive documentation by ordinary email and request an appropriate submission route.
